Aloha from the Kailua Shambhala Meditation Group Coordinator

Dear Shambhala Ohana,

I hope that most of you are relaxing after getting any last minute preparations together for Tropical Storm Olivia. Hurricane Lane not making landfall gave us all space to breathe and appreciate our island home just a little more. Before and after this storm, we expect to continue to host our Honolulu town Meetup group meditation events focused on practice-oriented readings from Pema Chodronʻs book How to Meditate: A Practical Guide to Making Friends with Your Mind. We will no longer be offering group meditation practice in Ewa due to our venue no longer being available.

We are sending you every best wish for a wonderful fall equinox on September 22nd, and offer our appreciation for you as a valued member of our sangha.

Warmest Aloha,

Arleen Garcia-Herbst
Group Coordinator
